National Night Out 2014 – Thank You!!

Thank you to everyone in the neighborhood who came out for National Night 2014.   We had three block parties on Coach, Pinecrest and Surrey.  Below are some great photos that were turned in.  A special shout out to Chris Quan on Coach for her video wrap up from the residents on Coach.

The 2014 Sequoyah Hills HOA block party was definitely a success.  The Board would like to thank everyone who came out today to meet your neighbors and for your continued support in making this a great community to live.  We especially would like to thank Chris Quan for hosting the event in front of her home.   Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We would also like to thank the members of Oakland Firehouse Station #21 who brought out their engines and entertained kids and adults alike.

EDMUD – Hansom Work (April 2014)

Back in April, EBMUD was hard at work on Hansom Drive repairing water leaks in the lines going from the main to the individual meters outside several homes. If you see a leak seeping through the pavement, you know who to call! EBMUD Service Desk: 1-866-403-2683

Now more than ever with the drought and water conservation efforts, it is crucial to call EBMUD or if it is a running faucet or leaky irrigation in your home, to call your trusted plumber.
