Sequoyah Hills Homeowners Association Block Party

Nearly 200 folks attended our great, annual Block Party this past Sunday, June 5th. Despite the threat of bad weather, neighbors came to meet, greet, socialize, and eat great BBQ. Mayor Jean Quan, Council Representative Desley Brooks, the Inspector for Vegetation Management and representatives from the Oakland Fire Department all shared in the fun. Kids got to explore the fire truck and hear all about how the fire department promotes fire safety.
